Vintage United States Marine Corps Black Leather Officer’s Sword Sling USMC

This vintage Marine Corps sword sling comes from the estate of one of the last of the Greatest Generation. He joined the Marine Corps at the age of 17 and served in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. He entered the Marine Corps as a private, and left nearly 40 years later as a Colonel. He was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the early 1950s during the Korean War, I suspect that’s the era this sword sling dates to. Clean, and coming from a smoke and pet free home.
