UNLOCK TUNERS WITH NUMBERS ONLY! NO ALPHA NUMERIC WITH LETTERS!

NOTE: DO NOT disconnect your tuner! It must stay powered on.
VIN UNLOCK STEPS
Go to "show settings" screen.
Hold left bottom button for about 10 seconds or untill it chirps, it will display a four digit code.
Send via message along with the vehicle the tuner is locked to.
We will send you the unlock code please put it in that screen.
Push Enter on top Left once code is entered and verified.
DODGE: Screen will go blank and reboot, FORD select clean unit, and Duramax select unit reset.
Your tuner is unlocked and its just like new, ready to program any vehicle again supported.

SHIPPING
All orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM CST will be shipped the same day via UPS Ground, FedEx or USPS. Tracking information will be automatically uploaded to eBay when the item has shipped. The address on your PayPal account MUST be verified. Additional shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
International shipping is managed by eBay. If you have any questions about your international order after it is placed, please contact eBay directly.

RETURNS
All of our parts and accessories are returnable and refundable. You
MUST
contact us within 14 days of the shipment date in order for us to accept a return. The item in which you are returning
MUST
be unused, uninstalled, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. To begin the return process, you
MUST
contact us to obtain an RA number and RA form (if applicable) prior to sending the item back. Returns will be jeopardized at the customer’s expense if they are sent back without a return authorization number. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are

-refundable. If you are returning an item due to an error caused by Dfuser.com, LLC or its business partners (i.e., damaged or defective items, incorrect part shipped, etc.), we will cover all freight charges on the replacement items. Refunds will be credited back using the method you used to initially pay for the item less any restocking fees (exclusions apply). Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after the item has been received back to our warehouse and inspected.
