Lord Jon Snow is the Lord Commander of the Night Guard number 998 and is the bastard son of Lord Eddard Stark.
His wolf, Ghost, is albino and mute. Jon’s personal emblem consists of the colors of the Inverted Stark House, a silver huargo wolf running on a census fund.
This half-handed sword, or bastard sword, was given to «Jon Snow,» by Jeor Mormont, Lord Commander of the Night’s Watch, as a reward for saving his life from a Wight. Its ornate knob is shaped like a wolf huargo, the seal of the Stark House of Winterfell.
