The Stark House of Winterfell is one of the oldest Great Houses in Westeros. The Starks reigned as kings in the north until the conquest of Targaryen and then served as guardians of the north for nearly 300 years. After the imprisonment of Lord Eddard (Ned) Stark, his eldest son and heir, Robb Stark, calls his banners and marches south of the Stark Army to free his father. When King Joffrey demonstrates his cruelty and executes Ned, the North rebels against the Iron Throne and declares himself an independent kingdom once again, crowning Robb king in the North. The Stark Army’s numerous victories during the Five Kings War are largely due to the Eternal Loyalty of the Northern Soldiers to the Stark family. Unfortunately, his government in the North comes to an abrupt end in the infamous Red Wedding massacre, where King Robb, his pregnant wife, his mother and most of his soldiers are betrayed and massacred by the Freys and Boltons, who have formed a secret. alliance with the Lannister House. Both the North and Winterfell fall for a while in Bolton House, but are eventually returned to their legitimate lords after the Battle of the Bastards. He fought just outside Winterfell, this battle against Ramsay Bolton’s army and Stark forces outnumbered (now led by Ned Stark’s illegitimate son, Jon Snow and made up of Free Folk men and northern minor houses) sees the Bolton’s unexpected defeat after the Knights charge and last-minute rescue of the Vale. Jon Snow is proclaimed the new king in the North by his standard-bearers.
But winter is coming, and with the Knight King and his army of the dead threatening the very existence of the world, the Stark army and his allies still have many battles to be fought…

of the Stark Infantry Shield is an officially licensed collectible item meticulously recreated from the actual accessory used in the HBO epic fantasy drama television series Game of Thrones®. It has been elaborated with great attention to detail and spared no effort to accurately reproduce the authentic features found in the original part. This round shield made of cold-rolled steel with aged Stark grey painted finish is engraved with the Stark House’s huargo wolf seal and equipped with leather straps on the back.
Each shield is serialized individually and comes with a certificate of authenticity. The delivery also includes a slotted wooden wall mount that fits most swords and will allow you to display up to three of your favorite swords behind the shield (the swords shown here are NOT included in the delivery!).
