Éomer was the captain of the king’s cavalry, marshal of the March and one of rohan’s most powerful warriors. He skillfully handled his royal sword, Gúthwinë, and used it to kill many orcs and Uruks of Isengard who dared to invade Rohan. He fought valiantly alongside King Theoden against Mordor’s forces at the Battle of Helm’s Deep and in the fields of Pelennor. In the final battle against the dark lord Sauron, Éomer fought alongside Aragorn with the armies of Rohan and Gondor at the gates of Mordor.
This authentically detailed replica is a reproduction of the actual film material, built by Weta Workshop and used in the films presented by New Line Cinema, The Lord of the Rings. This 86 cm long sword was made with the best materials and the best craftsmanship. It has brass-clad handle parts made of molten metal, a handle wrapped in authentic leather and a 68 cm long stainless steel sheet with fuller engraved grooves. The sword is delivered ready to assemble on a wall display (with mounting parts and instructions included), which is decorated with graphic motifs by Rohirrim and includes a certificate of authenticity.
