Shipping and Handling:
The U. S. Postal Service is used unless stated otherwise. Combined shipping is used whenever possible. Sometimes, items are prepackaged and are not easily combined. Buyer assumes responsibility for uninsured items. There is a modest handling fee charged for the first item, which only
helps
to cover all the various expenses involved in running an eBay store (purchasing stock, shipping materials, advertising, etc). An additional handling fee will be added for each additional item. International orders will receive an extra .00 handling fee (one time only) and will be shipped Priority Mail International or First Class Mail International.

Invoicing

Accepted payments are Paypal or credit cards linked to Paypal. Multiple purchases will be invoiced together for purchases within a 5 day period. If you are interested in items beyond 5 days,

If you check out before receiving an invoice (multiple purchasers only) the S&H may not reflect a discount.
Refunds:
All sales are final unless you receive the wrong merchandise, or misrepresented merchandise. In that case, I will bear all costs involved. If a refund should be granted for any other reason, it will not include shipping and handling fees.  Please ask before bidding or buying. If necessary, additional pictures may be e-mailed to answer questions.
