Tenth century Viking sword for sk-B battleTenth century Viking sword for sk-B battle
This sword, which was inspired by a tenth-century sword at the National Museum of Denmark in Copenhagen, has a detuned sheet of carbon steel. The blade itself remains wide and has a fuller width, which reduces its weight considerably and still allows the sword to show its strength. The short quillons and knob are made of steel. The handle is wrapped with a leather cord.
The cover of the sword is made of wood wrapped in leather and has a layer of metal and a wooden hant as a presilla (for belts up to 5 cm wide).
This sword is perfect for recreation.
