Sword 23" blade, 5160 spring steel

Description

Sword 23" blade, Full tang into  handle. Steel is 5160 spring steel from ford truck leaf spring. Blade is razor sharp. Heat treated, quenched in canola oil, tempered at 350F for one hour, twice. Good flex on blade. Copper fitting. Oak is sealed and coated twice with table-top epoxy. Epoxy is very hard and durable, so it wont wear off from handling, like polyurethane. It is 38.5 long. I recommend using Renaissance wax to keep blade clean.
