Has a separate field viewer for inserting slides of your field of study for quick comparison. The 8x telescope with a 6 degree field of view to quickly locate the sky objects your seeking. Was built for a 6" telescope - could be easily adapted to fit others. Uses parts from a type M 17 surplus telescope or similar. Slide viewer is light for easy viewing. Made from brass tubing and commonly available materials. This is an original 5 page magazine article from 1961. We do not photocopy these.
