I am possibly the only vendor that has this series new in it's box, never opened except to serial number each plane.  Then carefully placed back for sale. This is the  full set, of the Petty/Wilson series, The first was 1944 with the blue cone, second was this series, 564 made and the last was the solid blue 564 made.  This series is over 25 years old, still in original box and has not been out for display.  If you want this all three a 0 value, you can buy from this auction for 0.00 reduced price plus .00 S&H.  This is racing history and very limited at that.  #44 was readied to use after retiring the famous #43.  That plan was short lived and #43 was put back into action retiring the #44.  That makes this a special collectible to have. I predict that one day the very limited collectibles will have a high dollar price tag.  Interest in airplanes came from so many drivers being pilots and owning their own plane or jet.  Contact me if there is any questions.  Very limited supply.
