Ready to pour agar! Premixed and Sterilized.
For mushroom growing (mycology) we make a 1000ml LMEA agar formulation, pre mixed and pre sterilized. We use Light Malt Extract, Agar and Peptones to super charge the mycelium.
Comes in a 1000ml lab grade media bottle.
Makes approximately forty 90-100mm diameter plates.
To use, simply place in a hot water bath until fully melted, let cool to pouring temperature and pour plates while working using your sterile culture practices. Such as in front of a flowhood, still air box or even oven-tek.
Keep refrigerated after open.
**If you would like coloration to the agar, please message me a preferred color. Otherwise, it will be a random color or the natural beige color**
