This is a genuine Emin daf drum, also called an erbane,airbane,or def. If you know anything about middle eastern percussion, Emin is the absolute top of the line as far as sound and quality.  I believe they are from Turkey. This is the tunable model with genuine goatskin for the best possible sound.  Absolutely beautiful skin, it is almost transparent but offers the best low bass Dums and high ringing Teks.
The drum comes with a super nice padded case, not those junky one layer thick pieces of thin vinyl. A tuning wrench is also included.  Check out the other offers and you will see this is the best deal going.  If possible, I will ship the same day the order is received, otherwise the next day.
The only reason I am selling is that I already have one of these and got another one for Father's Day and don't  have room for both. I can't call it new because I had to unpack it and play it a bit for my kids who gave it to me, but for all practical purposes, it is new.
