    This item is used. There is general sign of wear including general markings across the entirety of the item. This item is missing one of the hold downs for the smaller of the two bongos. Again, one of the silver pieces that functions as a foot and a hold down is missing. As far as I can tell this does not impact the playability of the drum head. The only impact it has is that there is a slight wobble in the bongos when they sit on a flat surface. This missing piece will not be an acceptable reason for returning the item as such a request will be denied. It is clearly being stated in the description and it is in the photos.
