Chinese style slicer with narrow blade.
8 1/4"  blade length.

Similar to famous Chan Chi Kee brand but thicker and heavier.
Good all purpose kitchen knife.
Not meant for chopping bones but for slicing only.
Blade forged from high carbon steel and has a noticeable taper. It is not stainless steel and needs more care to avoid rust.
Handle is made from natural wood with round shaped cross section.
Knife is in excellent unused condition with only very minor spots from storage and dried oil spots.
Great knife for kitchen or collection.
