    The original Suontaka sword was found in a woman’s grave in Finland. The tombs date back to 1100 AD however, the shape of the sword suggests a much earlier date of origin, possibly in mid-10th century AD. Our impressive replica of this piece features a very elaborate knob with knot decoration on the guard, knob and inlays. Everything is bathed in rich copper. 1085 carbon tempered steel blade with full nipple.
    The sword includes a rich leather sheath and matched copper accessories and is completed with a tahalí to use this powerful piece.
