Dry-Coat is a high performance, smooth finish, alkali resistant waterproofing paint. The formula is based on a revolutionary new technology of ultra-small particle size hydrophobic latex designed to waterproof a wide variety of surfaces. This paint will waterproof concrete, brick, basements, concrete blocks, stucco, foundations, retaining walls and water ponds among others.
