What is L-Tyrosine?

Phenylalanine to Tyrosine
Phenylalanine is the precursor to tyrosine in the body. It’s an essential amino acid because it’s not produced in the body. Rather, it must come from food or supplementation. So, if things get stressful or if the body hasn’t been
