Horst Wolff fireman's bayonet.
Horst Wolff fireman’s bayonet with scabbard stamped 43ddL,black leather frog, and portepee with leather strapping.
All original.
Bayonet is 14.5 inches long, and in good condition except grip plates are missing.
Blade 9.5 inches long,  marked “Horst Wolff G.M.B.H. Leipzig C1,” and has not been sharpened.
Original paint has worn off the
scabbard.
The bayonet, scabbard, frog, and portepee are souvenirs that my father acquired during service in Europe in WWII.  My brother died in April 2021, and the items are part of his estate.  I am the executor.  I am selling the items because the individuals who inherit property per the will do not want to keep them.
