All items returned must be in new condition with all accessories, manuals, instructions, installation hardware and original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Products that have been installed are not able to be returned unless under manufacturers warranty. Some items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us prior to returning your item to receive a return authorization code. Any returns received with out this number will not be processed and no refund will be issued.
