This is quite a remarkable book! I've been trying to create this listing but I can't stop reading it!
On April 5, 1625 William, with his young wife Margaret and infant son sailed from London on the ship Planter.
Mr. Thomas Wilcox, of California has compiled this extensive catalog of generations of descendants which, it appears, he typed on an old Remington manual typewriter.  It is signed and dated by the author, Feb. 20, 1937.
A few of the dozens of surnames appearing in the book: Birdseye, Beach, Case, Doud, Fairchild, Farnham, Hayden, Kelsey, Meigs,
Also, in the book are some handwritten notes by modern descendants. In one letter the recipient is informed of the disinterment and relocation of some relatives (Wilcox) graves in Delaware, Ohio.
I acquired this book in Central Ohio. The author mentions some families (Case) in Franklin County
