A Bit of history on Creamer's Dairy Farm
In 1928 Charles and Anna Creamer purchased what is now known as Creamer’s field from Charles and Belle Hinckley.
During the 1930s and 1940s, the Creamer's worked hard to modernize and expand the business. They built two large ``Louden'' barns--designed by the Louden Machinery Co. of Iowa--which still give Creamer's its distinctive visual appeal. The first and largest barn cost ,700--more than the entire dairy was worth 10 years earlier. Its hayloft held 165 tons of hay, enough to feed 55 cows through the winter.
The 1940s and early 1950s Creamer's Dairy prospered, selling milk, ice cream, sherbet, cottage cheese, whipping cream, buttermilk, chocolate milk, and even a non-dairy orange drink. World War II was good for business at first, because it enabled them to secure a lucrative contract to sell milk and ice cream toLadd Air Force Base(which is now actually Fort Wainwright -the army base in Fairbanks, Alaska). But post-war changes in shipping (air and the newly opened Alaska Highway) allowed outside competitors to enter the local market. These and other economic factors were taking their toll by the late 1950s. The dairy ended production in 1966.

    SHIPPING NOTES:
We offer 1 day handling, meaning we mail items within 24 hours of purchase (except on weekends and non mailing holidays of course) , but seeing how we are in North Pole Alaska, items may take 3-5 days longer to arrive at the destination than what eBay's notice quotes. They no longer process mail in Alaska, so an item I mail here takes 1 day to get from North Pole to Anchorage, then usually 1 day to be flown to a processing center, then 1 day to get sorted. So there's a lag time of 3 days in there that eBay does not take into consideration for Sellers that are in Alaska. So please keep that in mind when buying from us to add those extra travel days to the expected arrival time that eBay sends you. Thank You!
    **International Buyers** –
Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

    Note on International Sales
on January 21, 2018 the USPS changed their mailing rules to where all merchandise is to be sent at package rate and no longer able to mail as first class letter rate- unfortunately I have to change all my rates to package rates now to keep my standing with USPS -- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
    **special note on arrival times
International mail has taken anywhere from 7 days to a month to arrive, (item can be held up in customs or at anywhere along the line) this is just how the postal system works, we mail things out the next day after the item is paid for and hopefully that helps in getting the item to you as fast as the postal system can get it there.

    Please Note:
The photos are taken on a measuring mat or next to a ruler for sizing. Some start at the 1 inch mark on both top and bottom (the grid does not have markings on the outside so we have to move it up an inch so you can see the numbers)... you just have to count over by inches to see the exact dimensions of the patch on the grid - any questions please ask
