Authenic 17.5" × 8" Handmade South African Bongo Drum (Strap now broken)

Beautiful handmade drum in excellent condition! You can see the handmade driven wooden nails in the pictures! The drum plays well with the nicely stretched cow hide! Thus was obtained from a missionary who had been to South Africa and later deployed in West Virginia after the disastrous floods of 2016. She had several tribal pieces and did not want to move her collection again. The top of the drum measures 8" across the top of the drum. If any questions please let me know. If i can ship at less cost I will refund the difference! The handle recently broke and would be hard to fix but easily removed to restore to look like a new piece. I am dropping the price by 39.00 for the interested buyer. This piece can be alot of enjoyment around the home.
