ANTIQUE VINTAGE STERLING SILVER ART NOUVEAU BABY MERMAID HAND MIRROR SIGNED. WOW

Offered for sale is a most precious piece:  a round hand mirror depicting a cherubic baby mermaid in the wonderful Art Nouveau ocean waves.
Marked "STERLING", this piece was made in the 19th century by Simpson Hall Miller.
Length:  7 3/4 inches
Width: 5 inches
The silver is beautifully engraved with the monogram: E W L
The original beveled mirror has one small scratch (right hand side) and is missing the mirrored backing in some teeny, tiny spots in the middle.
The tip of the little mermaid's nose and a lock of hair are missing some silver --- which has worn completely away. Please refer to photos.
There are NO dents.
