    Condition:
    The bayonet is in good serviceable condition. It may be a dress bayonet, there are no Chilean markings and pommel, guard and blade look good. Catch is smooth and the spring is strong. The pommel has some light rust and a few scratches. Two wood handles have some small nicks and scratches. Guard looks good and retains its regular shape, it has no rust or pitting.
    Blade has no pitting or rust or scratches.
    Knife comes to a point and the tip is intact. Most of the finish still remains. Sheath is in good condition with a few minor dents and rust marks. Throat is in good condition. Both bayonet and sheath serial numbers match. Bayonet and sheath may need a light cleaning to meet your standards. Please see our photographs for a better understanding of the contents and its condition.
